Mathieu Lacharite born in 1978 in St-Guillaume d’Upton, a small village near Drummondville. From a very young age, it was thanks to my father who took me to the arenas on a regular basis that this passion for hockey was undeniable. Having played my minor hockey in Drummondville, it was after finishing this player journey that I headed into the famous world of coaches. After 12 years as a Midget to Senior level coach, exactly in 2011 when I had a weakness for the profession of Hockey Player Agent. $

After 5 years not having been able to stand out as well as I wanted, I joined the Unlimited Sports Management agency directed by Serge Payer in North America and Patrick Piloni on the European side. Since 2016 I have been affiliated with my partner, with whom simplicity and complicity are found there on daily basis. We complement each other wonderfully and we both have the same objectives and goal, which is to give back to young athletes. It is through my unconditional presence, my dedication, and my perseverance so high that I stand out as a professional and passionate. Father of three beautiful children, Brian, Allysson and Kalyxia. I describe myself as a man. Family, heart ready to do anything for the world around me and determined to obtain Success.

Brian Lacharité, born in 1998, in Drummondville, Quebec, Canada. From a young age, I showed a great interest in field hockey, it is thanks to my family already involved in the game, among others my grandfather who made me discover the position of goalie. It was at the age of 4 that I started playing minor field hockey as a goalie. After my minor field hockey, I moved on to a higher caliber of play, I would play my junior field hockey in the United States and Canada. After all these years of experience as a goalie, I had the chance to develop a relationship with many professional goalie coaches like step waite, jimmy waite, sebastien charpentier and Pierre Groulx. Currently I am happy to work with Pierre Groulx who I consider to be an exceptional mentor, and help me become a goalie consultant, my main strength is listening and willingness to work with athletes to help them reach the highest level. Finally, I had the chance to join the agency of distinction field hockey management and I will join all my efforts to be successful.
